The target consumer: Entrepreneurs and individuals who wish to upgrade their working places in a style conscious as well as functional manner.
The design: It is probably one of the most challenging tasks to try and graphically represent the concept topos, (chosen as the name of the client-company), as this is a concept used in the international language of philosophy, mathematics and art, exactly as in the Greek language. Rich both in conceptual nuances and historical background, topos is used here to denote care for the formation, the structure, the function and the aesthetics, of a crucial micro-environment. The dynamics of such a minor environment is the basis of the communication with other environments (bigger or smaller, close or remote, collective or private, real or virtual). This basic, private topos thus becomes an organic unit of wider major topoi and finally part of the topography of multiple relations. We chose to represent these ideas through a bold system of curves and straight lines, which apparently forms a small topos of its own, once applied on a blank page. The logo we created, in its different applications, equally recalls a letter, a tool, a sign on a map, the seal of an estate, an object and its possible use, even the chemical type of a material. What is more important, this logo, despite its two dimensional form, seems to be able to rotate, change position, 'function' according to the wishes and abilities of the one who engages with it.
